June 18th to the 24th marks National Pollinator Week! We know that flowers attract people, but they really evolved for other organisms to aid in their reproduction. You will learn how flowers evolved to lure their symbiotic partners, how to read flowers to detect who they are trying to attract, and how to create your own pollinator garden at home. Come to Brooklyn Bridge Park's Pier 1 to see Bumble Bees, Butterflies, Humming Birds, Honey Bees, and the many other creatures that perform this critical function!
